Project description:
High-end residential villa designed for a family within their Polo Club premises. All areas were carefully designed in line with the owner’s requirements and use.

Key stakeholders:
Private Client, GC:Arquitectos and local Authorities

Main responsibilities:
Overall coordination and management of the project, development of detailed design documentation, and site supervision. As well as preparation of all Authorities submittals and liaison with local Authorities to obtain all the relevant approvals.

Major achievements:
Completing the construction within budget and time and obtaining full Client’s satisfaction.

Project status: Construction completed October 2007.
