Family summer residence.

Key stakeholders: De Armas Interior Designers (Concept Designers) and local Authorities

Main responsibilities: Develop the detailed design documentation.

Major achievements: The concept designer was highly motivated to implement innovative MEP and structural solutions to maximize the use of the spaces in an open plan fashion, which was not standard at that time in the country. Liaising with all sub-consultants to achieve the detailed design was the biggest challenge. Unfortunately the construction is still on hold due to financial issues of the Client.
