Project description:
Remodelling of an existing iconic property to convert it into a high-end residential villa customized for the family’s requirements and use. The remodelling works included building a wine cellar, a library a family room and an ancillary building in the garden with an indoor barbeque area as well as a 10-meter long swimming pool, as well as the refurbishment of all the other residences’ areas; bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, walk-in closets, etc.

Key stakeholders:
Private Client, GC:Arquitectos and local Authorities

Main responsibilities:
Overall coordination and management of the project, development of detailed design documentation, and site supervision. As well as preparation of all Authorities submittals and liaison with local Authorities to obtain all the relevant approvals.

Major achievements:
Completing the construction within budget and time and obtaining full Client’s satisfaction.

Project status: Construction completed January 2009.
