This 360-degree exposure gave me an in-depth understanding of what it takes to deliver complex, multi-million dollar projects diligently while balancing the needs of all stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I have cultivated a deep commitment to sustainability (holding a LEED AP BD+C accreditation since 2009) and inclusive leadership. After more than a decade of international adventures, I returned to Uruguay to raise my three children. This transition brought new challenges, requiring me to break through subtle glass ceilings in more conservative professional cultures.

Today, beyond directing major regional tech builds, I am deeply committed to transforming the construction industry. As a member of the SW50 (Santander W50) 2026 cohort and an active voice in networks like Women in Linesight and Women in Construction, I am committed to mentoring the next generation of women. I am a firm believer that diversity of thought is the ultimate engine for industry expansion, and I dedicate my efforts to addressing skills shortages and driving economic growth through true gender equality. 

When I’m not on-site or in the boardroom, I am a mother of three, a lifelong learner, and a believer that life always finds a way to reward perseverance.
